CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Julia Hauswirth
Julia joined us in April, 2022, and immediately lifted the quality of the creative product. She combines a youthful and fresh take on creative development with a well-trained and well-honed design sense. Upon her arrival, her work on brands made an immediate impact.
Julia is a graduate of the Iowa State University College of Design, ranked as one of the top 7% of design programs in the U.S She loves to spend time with her best four-legged friend, Tucker.
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Brianna Jennes
Brianna is a graduate from Columbia College Chicago, where she honed her skills in design, storytelling, and branding. Since joining the team, she’s brought a thoughtful, strategic lens to every project—helping turn ideas into clean, compelling creative that connects. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual communication, she thrives on bringing clarity, consistency, and style to every piece of work. Brianna is especially drawn to design that tells a story, solves a problem, and feels intentional from start to finish. Outside the office, you’ll find her exploring vintage shops and hanging out with her orange cat, Mango.
HEAD PROJECT MANAGER
Avie Magner
A recent graduate from Bradley University, Avie joined our team in August 2024 and quickly advanced from Social Media Manager to Project Manager. With a background in the music and entertainment industry, she brings creativity, strategy, and a passion for delivering impactful results to every campaign. Avie is excited to collaborate with clients and the team to turn big ideas into reality and make every project memorable. In her free time, Avie enjoys attending concerts, hiking scenic trails, and pretending she doesn’t check her work email while “unplugging” in the great outdoors.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Greta Wedemeyer
Greta joined us in June 2025, bringing sharp strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative approach shaped by her agency background. Greta is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and is based in downtown Chicago. She supports a wide range of initiatives, including content development, media outreach, project management, and campaign planning, helping drive results for clients across industries. Known for her energy and team-first mindset, she brings a contagious enthusiasm to both client work and office culture, keeping teams motivated through fast-paced deadlines and everyday collaboration.
